This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected when you use the YOR YOR mobile app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. What we collect
- Account data: the details we receive when you sign in with Telegram, Google or Apple.
- Profile data: name, date of birth, gender, intent (what you are looking for), a short description, photos and any other fields you choose to fill in.
- Face verification: a selfie used to confirm the account belongs to a real person. It is used for that check only.
- Location: at region level only. Your exact address is never shown to other users.
- Usage data: in-app activity, device type and technical logs, used to keep the service working well.
- Push notification token: so we can send you notifications.
2. How we use the data
- To create and run your account and introduce you to people who fit what you are looking for.
- To keep profiles genuine and prevent fraud.
- To deliver messages, notifications and service announcements.
- To improve the App, fix errors and keep it secure.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers: cloud infrastructure, push notifications and payment services (subscriptions through the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat). Such partners process the data solely to provide their service. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires it.
4. Location data
The App uses your location to show people nearby, but it is stored and displayed at region level only. You can revoke the location permission in your device settings at any time — you then choose your region manually.
5. About face verification
The selfie taken for face verification is used only to establish that the account belongs to a real person. It is not shown to other users and is never used for marketing.
6. Storage and security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Data is kept while your account is active and for as long as the law requires. Please note that no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
- View and edit your profile data.
- Delete your account and the data associated with it.
- Manage notification and location permissions.

8. Age limit
The App is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. We will announce material changes in the App. The date of the latest update is shown above.
