These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the YOR YOR mobile app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Requirements
The App may only be used by people aged 18 and over. By signing up you confirm that you are over 18 and that the information you give about yourself is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. One person may hold only one account and must not pass it to anyone else. For security we may allow only one active session at a time.
3. Rules of conduct
There is zero tolerance for abusive, violent, obscene or unlawful content, and for such behaviour towards other users. The following is prohibited:
- using false details or details belonging to someone else;
- insults, threats, violence or discrimination;
- spam, advertising, fraud or requests for money;
- posting unlawful or obscene content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- any content about, or directed at, people under 18;
- attempting to disrupt the App or harvesting data automatically.
Accounts that break these rules may be restricted or deleted without warning.
3.1. Reporting and blocking
Every profile and message carries a “Report” button — you can tell us about unacceptable content or behaviour directly. You can also block any user: a blocked person immediately stops seeing you, and you stop seeing them. Blocking notifies us as well. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours; where a breach is confirmed, the content is removed and the account is restricted.
4. User content
You are responsible for the photos and text you post in the App. By posting content you grant us a limited licence to display it within the App. We reserve the right to remove content that breaks these rules.
5. Paid features and subscription
Alongside the free features, the App offers a paid Premium subscription. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play and is subject to their rules. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage it in your device's store account. Payments are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may also restrict or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or for the outcome of any introduction. Please be careful both online and offline. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
8. Safety advice
When meeting someone new, choose a public place, do not share your financial details, and tell us about anything suspicious.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the country in which the operator of the App is registered.
